what baseband u on??

sry just noticed ur modem firmware in last post ...this baseband isn't supported by ultrasn0w, so your only option if you want to unlock your phone is to install an iPad baseband onto it. which is 06.15.00 then ulyrasnow will unlock it can i ask how u jailbreaked it was it custom ipsw??

For some reason I download ipad baseband last night so I will try installing tonight. I jailbroke with cydia and have install some app (not thru IStore) so it seems to be working OK. I will have a go at the IPad baseband or try to change my baseband. Thanks

I downloaded IPad Baseband - can someone now tell me what to do with it? When I downloaded it and clicked I got ITunes Default (?) and clicked OK. What is supposed to happen next?

Back again - last night I tried 2 versions to jailbreak/unlock my phone. One was were I downloaded Cydia and IPad Baseband together (they both downloaded) and I cannot remember the other. On both occasions I ended up with a phone that linked with ITunes as a phone that was trying tro restore. I had no option but to restore both times and I lost everything that I had downloaded. I even tried to downgrade my IOS but ITunes would not let me. I am beginning to think that these solutions just do not work. Unless someone knows better!!!!
