Please Help - No service problem

It seems to have got stuck on "Waiting for activation" ?!?

Ok activation has cleared - still says no service

right first of have u got the 4.0.1 file or what o.s r u on jst now

got a few files i used before, but would be happy for u to direct me to the files just to make sure i've got the right ones

right what iwant u to do is go to run and type in %appdata% and tht will open apple files now go in to the update apple kupdate logs and u should see a file like a wee box saying either 4.0 or 4.01 i want u to move tht to your desktop so do this first
