I was wondering if you can get an Iphone 4 and use it with no plan at all with wifi? That way you can use a voip app for talking and have access to data. I was thinking if it was using wifi from an Ipad with a data plan, it would be a lot cheaper a month and you could use the Iphone anywhere. I know you can put an ipad sim card in an iphone, but then you can't use the ipad data which I do not want to do, so I was thinking the wifi would work great. Would I just need a sim card in the iphone and set it up to get wifi from the ipad? I do not make a lot of calls or SMS or anything like that, but it would be nice to have an iphone to use where ever I want (with wifi access) and not pay the monthly charge as I do not use it that much.
