Thread: How to install themes on your jailbroken iPhone

What you`ll need:

* Cydia
* Winterboard
* SSH enabled on iPhone
* WINSCP (Win) or Cyberduck (OSX) or DiskAid (Win and OSX)

Steps:

1. From your iPhone you will need to ensure that you have enabled SSH, as well as grabbing your WIFI network IP address. To view this you can go into settings, then into wifi. Click on the SSID of your network, and it will show an IP (eg: 192.168.1.103)

2. Now you’ll want to open up your SSH app (WinSCP or Cyberduck) and enter in the following values in their appropriate fields ( if you use Disk Aid you can skip to step 4 )
File Protocol: SCP (WinSCP) or SFTP (Cyberduck)
Hostname: Your iPhones IP address
Username: root
Password:alpine

3. You may then press enter to log in, and then you’ll want to answer Yes/Accept for the key prompt.

4. Once you have logged in, you will need to navigate to the /root/ folder.

5. Then you will navigate to the /library/, then into the /themes/ directory.

6. From there you will drag the folder of your theme which has the theme contents, into the /themes/ directory.

7. To activate the theme you will need to open up Winterboard, and then look for your theme’s name.

8. Once you select your theme, just exit the app and the springboard will restart, and voila, your new theme will be up!
