When you take a photo using the iPhone, which have a built-in GPS, it saves the coordinates in the hidden metadata of the photo file. This can be a privacy hazard. If, for example, you publish photos you took with the iPhone at your home, your identity could be reveled.

You can protect your privacy in two ways:
1. Disable the iPhone Geographic tagging
2. Remove metadata before you publish the photo
