Go to http://www.epub2go.com/Web/default.aspx

Choose which option you want "The PDF is on my Computer" or "The PDF is on The Internet".

Once complete you will get two options "email" or "download".

Email is helpful if your using stanza as your epub reader, as the enclosed link will download your epub into the app itself.

Download will give you a .epub file this is the file you use for iBooks and most ebook readers. You can drag this file into itunes and sync to your iDevice.
