    Unhappy Stuck on Recovery loop

Hi, New to this forum I dont know if anyone can help! I done the unlock procedure on my 3gs, 32gb, new boot rom, to ipad BB 6.15, tethered boot.
Changed the BB no problems, installed & accessed Cydia after tehered boot! Installed Ultrasnow to unlock it told me to do a reset thats when it last worked. It just hung forever on the apple symbol & now is stuck in the "recovery" loop. What solutions are there to get it out of this I have Googled the problem & tried Ireb & recboot to name a couple to no avail. it is also killing the battery so I assume when I unplug & switch off using the "power & home" button it is still going through the loop process. what if I take the battery off for a few days, will that kill the loop?
I need this phone working, really need to find a solution any help gratefully appreciated.

    Have you tried irecovery?

Note : Before getting started Download this package included iRecovery for Windows & Mac and LibUsb-Win32 Download Here . Windows user also download Latest version of iRecovery [Click Here]

This process is universal and tested several times though we are not responsible for any damage (if any) use it at your own risk.

    1) Install libusb from the downloaded pack for Windows users only Mac users can skip this step. If you are on Windows Vista then follow the steps given below to install Libusb-Win32.

    • Right click on this file. Select Properties | Compatibility Click the “Run this program in compatibility mode” box and select “Windows XP (Service Pack2)” from the drop down list.
    • Right click again and select “Run as “Administrator”. Follow the installation instructions. Running the test program list the usb devices plugged into my computer – but not my new device.

    2) Start iRecovery in Terminal / Console with iRecovery -s

    3) Execute the following commands:
    setenv auto-boot true
    saveenv
    /exit

    4) Reboot your iPhone (keep holding home + sleep for 10 seconds).

Thanks for that, dont think I have tried irecovery so will be trying that first thing in the morning.
I have read there have been a few issues of computers not working properly after installing "libusb", I am running win7 will that cause any problems at all?

    Regards & thanks again

    Unlock & Jailbreak Any iPhone
Well yes I did have a few issues when I installed libusb a while back, it was for something completely unrelated to iphones tho. The main issue you normally get is all your usb ports stop working, requiring you to go into safe mode and remove libusb ( not really a big problem ) but ive not heard of that happening for a while, it couldve been fixed. I have installed it since and had no issues tho, but its a good idea to remove it once your finished doing whatever it is you need it for, be it iphones or whatever. Ive ran it on win7 and had no issues but everyones computer is different.

Edit: I would maybe look around for a win7 compatible libusb, just to be on the safe side, im not sure if the one in the pack would work.
