I can confirm that the service provided by OfficialiPhoneUnlock is real. I sent payment in via paypal and my Iphone4 with ATT was unlocked within 2 hours - he sent confirm as soon as process was complete.

After I receive confirmation, I update my jailbroken ios 4.1 phone to 4.3.1 with iTunes. Then iTunes unlocks the phone.
